Editorial Review
Art collections of established franchise characters occupy a specific niche in the doujin market, and *Dere Ass* positions itself as a straightforward gallery work: curated compilations of previously scattered CG artwork now organized thematically with new material added. This is volume-builder territory—the kind of work that appeals primarily to collectors seeking comprehensive coverage of a character roster rather than narrative-driven content.
The scale here is substantial. Fifteen characters from Idolmaster Cinderella Girls receive treatment across 22 base CGs with 16 explicit scenes, plus 104 variations. The addition of mind control and sleep-related content variants (104 additional sets) reveals the production strategy: maximizing reusable assets through thematic modifications rather than wholesale new illustration work. The 69 supplementary illustrations suggest an attempt at padding gallery breadth. This approach trades artistic depth for comprehensive character and scenario coverage—a calculation that lands differently depending on whether you’re buying for completism or quality-per-image ratio.
The JPEG+illustration format indicates digital-first production, likely optimized for screen viewing without print considerations. Sampling is available, which matters here; with CG collections, visual consistency and character rendering directly determine value, and the preview access lets buyers verify whether the art style meets their threshold before committing.
This collection will resonate most strongly with Cinderella Girls enthusiasts seeking concentrated adult content of their preferred roster, particularly those with specific interest in the mind control and sleep-related scenarios that comprise half the variation catalog. For readers pursuing novel artistic approaches or experimental narrative framing, this functions primarily as archive material rather than discovery.
A straightforward, comprehensive gallery for franchise-specific collectors with clear appetites for its specialized content themes.
