We Are Brainwashed “Letters”: Following Carved Orders

Synopsis

Two individuals with the ability to control minds meet and form an unusual relationship through “correspondence,” using real women as their “letters.” Atsushi Yagyu, a student yearning for age-appropriate romance, confesses his feelings to Ruka Miyamoto, the most beautiful girl in his class. However, she coldly rejects him. He then notices something strange about her behavior—she loses consciousness and acts without restraint. When their homeroom teacher Mana suddenly enters the classroom in a similarly unresponsive state, she reveals she is being controlled by someone calling himself “Black Goat.” As “White Goat,” Atsushi begins corresponding with Black Goat, using mind-controlled women as their “letters.” Through their exchange, Atsushi learns to master his own ability, gradually manipulating classmates, strangers, idols, and childhood friends. The story explores what these two ultimately seek to achieve with their powers. Full color, 53 pages.
