A repulsive middle-aged salaryman, seeking revenge after his wife was stolen by another man, specifically traveled to Miyako Island after meeting a sugar baby girl (Satsuki) on a dating site to treat her as a mere ‘hole.’

Targeted as a ‘hole’ is Satsuki, a dark-skinned girl with an erotic body marked by distinctive double tan lines—and she has a boyfriend. The disgusting middle-aged man sees through Satsuki’s weakness to pressure, breaking their agreement of ‘condom only, one time,’ forcing himself inside her raw.

Of course Satsuki resists, but caught between the repulsive man and her own nature, she gradually descends into becoming nothing but a ‘hole’…
