Beautiful female trainer
– Sui
A soft and airheaded big-sister type
She’s been told she can be scary when she gets angry, so she tries not to lose her temper. Even when she does, her eyes remain half-lidded.
She cheers on gooners with a slightly pitying “you poor thing… do your best!” attitude.
In truth, she’s not very tactful.
– Mina
A high-energy gal with a chill, low-key vibe
She’s super hyped on the inside, but comes off laid-back. Yeay.
She playfully pokes fun at gooners and enjoys watching their reactions when she teases them.
Deep down, she’s actually kind.

Editorial Review
Rhythm-based adult games occupy a peculiar niche in the doujin landscape, and G-G-G Goon Goon Gooner!! commits fully to the FapHero formula with a comedic premise that doubles down on self-aware absurdism. This is a workout simulation framed as satirical fitness guidance, leaning hard into internet culture terminology and the inherent humor of gamifying sexual exercise to a beat.
What distinguishes this entry is its deliberate tonal lightness and character-driven approach. Rather than austere presentation, the work deploys two contrasting female trainers—Sui, the soft-spoken big-sister figure with a pitying demeanor, and Mina, the high-energy gal with carefully calibrated internal/external personality contradiction—to anchor the experience in personality dynamics rather than pure stimulus. The premise itself, billing “goon exercises” as legitimate penis-training regimens with difficulty scaling, operates as extended comedic commentary on both fitness culture and online gooner communities. The multilingual support (Japanese, English, Chinese Simplified and Traditional, Korean) signals international appeal, though this primarily serves the English-speaking market where gooner terminology originated.
The application-based format with music and voice elements suggests production values invested in audio design and pacing mechanics—critical components when the core loop is rhythm-matched masturbation. This isn’t a visual novel in the traditional sense but rather an interactive audio-visual utility designed for repeated sessions with motivational framing.
This lands squarely in the court of players seeking humor-forward adult content with participatory rhythm mechanics and character banter that doesn’t take itself seriously. The work’s entire value proposition hinges on finding its premise amusing rather than arousing in conventional ways.
Ideal for audiences who prize comedic irreverence and community-referenced humor over atmospheric eroticism.
A boldly niche experiment that mines absurdism from gamified self-improvement rhetoric—entertaining if your sense of humor aligns with its cultural reference points.
