Slutty Head of The Dead

Editorial Review

★3.5 / 5 — henhenta editorial rating (our own assessment, not the DLsite official user score)

Slutty Head of The Dead sits in a narrow corner of the adult RPG space, the costume and mask fetish niche, which is far less crowded than the mainstream market for conventional heroine-focused titles. Most games in this space lean on expressive faces and emotional reactions, so a design built around the absence of those cues is a deliberate departure.

The central hook is the heroine’s permanently worn mask, and the creator’s own caution about “cute character faces” shows they know this will divide readers. The appeal rests on contrast: a masked woman whose expression never changes, set against the scenes she appears in. The synopsis also mentions that her “sex points are revealed,” which suggests a discovery mechanic layered over the Role-playing tag rather than a purely linear sequence of scenes. The Music tag points to audio as part of the experience, though the description doesn’t say how much. Every scene keeps the mask on, so the fetish is the organizing principle rather than an occasional garnish. The English tag and the creator-provided English description also make this one accessible to international buyers, which is not always the case for niche fetish work.

This is for readers who specifically respond to stuffed-animal aesthetics, costumes, and masks, and who find an unchanging, doll-like face more compelling than a visibly reacting one. Anyone who needs facial expression to carry a scene’s emotional weight should probably look elsewhere.

Verdict: a single-minded, unapologetic mask-fetish RPG that knows exactly who it is for, and it will either click completely or not at all.
