Synopsis
Story
The Duchy of Aliadoul, a nation ruled by elves, descendants of the Moon. While battling surrounding threats like the giantesses race known as the “Dominants” and the hollow forces of the “Dark Crawlers,” the monarch, Aliadoul, had somehow managed to maintain peace.
However, the “Ominous Moon”—a time when the moon’s protection ceases—approached for the first time in 500 years. It was clear that hostile forces, intent on exterminating the elves, eagerly awaited that day.
Amidst this situation where the Ominous Moon could arrive at any moment, Aliadoul summoned her most trusted vassal, Franhild, and issued a command.
Characters
Franhild
A member of the Aliadoul Knights. Her swordsmanship is unrivalled among the knights, and her finely honed senses push her combat capabilities to the absolute limit.
Originally serving as a lady-in-waiting to Aliadoul, she was recognised for her skill with the sword and assigned to the knights.
Possessing a spirit that does not yield to ordinary challenges, she can be considered a model knight.
Chenoa
A knight of Elrica, the once-great nation of the Night Elves.
Having witnessed her homeland destroyed by the Dark Crawler, she swore vengeance upon the masked priest believed to be its mastermind.
All Night Elves are formidable warriors. She too wields a massive axe befitting her physique, mowing down foes.
Moreover, having once served as a sword instructor in Elrica, she is well-versed in the art of the blade.
Mieuree
Within the Aliadoul Knights, she handles intelligence and assassination. Contrary to her duties, she possesses a cheerful disposition and holds Franhild in high regard.
As her work primarily involves covert operations, she is not adept at combat.
The cloth mask she always carries serves not only to muffle her own breath but also to shield her from the foul odour emanating from the Dominants.
Aliadoul
The fourth monarch of the Principality of Aliadoul. She ascended to the throne, succeeding the previous monarch who died early due to illness.
The principality’s peace has long been maintained by the sacred treasure ‘Moon Sleep’, and the House of Aliadoul holds the duty of safeguarding this treasure.
Though possessing an intelligent and gentle disposition, her commanding presence in times of crisis affirms her as the rightful ruler of the realm.

Editorial Review
Selenophile positions itself as a narrative-driven fantasy RPG with erotic elements, carving out space in the increasingly competitive sector where world-building and character depth compete with adult content for player investment. The combination of political intrigue, apocalyptic tension, and intimate storytelling is more ambitious than the typical power-fantasy fare that dominates this category.
The work distinguishes itself through its commitment to voice acting and animated sequences—production values that elevate it above text-only competitors—alongside a genuinely compelling setup. The fifty-century gap since the last Ominous Moon creates real stakes, and the monarch-vassal dynamic between Aliadoul and Franhild suggests the game mines political complexity rather than purely mechanical seduction. The protagonist, a swordsmaster elevated from lady-in-waiting, hints at character agency and professional competence that transcends typical damsel archetypes. The external threats (Dominants, Dark Crawlers) frame intimacy not as frivolous distraction but as emotional anchor during civilizational crisis—a thematic sophistication rarely seen in this space.
The English localization is a significant accessibility move; DLsite’s English-language adult game audience has historically suffered thin pickings, making a fully voiced, animated title with genuine narrative meat genuinely noteworthy here.
This appeals most to players who prioritize worldbuilding, voice performance, and character relationships alongside adult content—essentially those fatigued by dialogue-light dungeon crawlers or transparent visual novels where plot exists only between scenes.
Selenophile understands that fantasy elf fiction can function as genuine speculative fiction rather than mere aesthetic wrapper. If you’re hunting an adult game that treats its fictional nation and military hierarchy as more than flavor text, this one earns serious attention.
