Synopsis
Premise
Welcome to the age of hysteria, where a confused doctor finds himself in the confines of an asylum riddled with monsters of an unknown world. As you navigate through the abandoned and filthy rooms of the institute to unravel the asylum’s tragic secrets, piercing together fragmented memories and disturbing documents, the succubi lurk in the shadows, testing your willpower and sanity. Resist their temptations to uncover the mysteries surrounding the institute – and yourself…
…or succumb to the darkness within.
Gameplay
Cycle of Corruption is an erotic horror adventure game where you will have to complete your mission and unravel the mystery surrounding the asylum, all the while trying to avoid the deadly succubi roaming the facility. Some of them will kill you on the spot, some may play around with you and some may even seem friendly… but the bottom line is, you can never trust a single attractive female in this area, so if you encounter one, there’s only one sensible thing you can do: run!
While exploring, you will have to complete several puzzles obstructing your way forward and collect tidbits of information that will help you uncover just what on Earth has happened to the institute, and most importantly – about yourself.

Editorial Review
Cycle of Corruption plants itself in the increasingly crowded intersection of erotic horror and survival-adjacent gameplay, where atmosphere and sexual tension are meant to coexist rather than compete. The asylum setting and succubus antagonists align it with the current wave of “monster girl” horror-tinged titles, though the emphasis on investigation and sanity mechanics suggests ambition beyond pure exploitation.
What distinguishes this work is its deliberate commitment to narrative ambiguity and player agency around resistance versus surrender. The premise hinges on a protagonist caught between unraveling institutional mystery and managing constant supernatural temptation, positioning moral choice as gameplay rather than mere flavoring. The inclusion of fragmented memory mechanics and documentary evidence-gathering grounds the horror in psychological territory, where the succubi become less a threat you combat and more a manifestation of internal corruption. The multilingual support (simplified and traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese, English) indicates this is a genuinely international production rather a regional afterthought, which typically correlates with higher production polish in the doujin space. The APK inclusion suggests mobile accessibility, which is rare for titles this narratively dense.
The simulation tag paired with music tags hints at rhythm or resource management elements alongside visual novel structure, though the synopsis remains frustratingly vague about mechanical specifics—a common problem with survival-focused adult games that leaves reviewers guessing whether gameplay adds genuine tension or padding.
This appeals most to players who want their erotic content served with actual psychological weight and environmental storytelling, particularly those fatigued by straightforward seduction scenarios and drawn to the “corruption” fantasy as a narrative device rather than a simple content threshold.
Cycle of Corruption justifies its premise with thematic coherence between form and content—rarely a given in asylum-set erotica.
