Femdom office scenarios are a staple of the adult doujinshi space, but most lean on a fantasy of eventual reconciliation or a role reversal. This entry rejects that formula outright, billing itself as a “fully M” experience with “no chance of a reversal,” which puts it in the stricter, more uncompromising corner of the humiliation-focused subgenre.

What gives it more texture than a standard boss-and-subordinate setup is the world-building. Society is split into three tiers of human rights, and the male lead, Taguchi, has fallen to the bottom as a tertiary. The power imbalance is therefore structural as well as personal, and the harassment reads as sanctioned by the system. The character sheets reinforce this with pointed contrasts: Amane Sumika is a first-tier fresh graduate with a 20 million yen income, a 184cm frame, and a cool but short-tempered personality, assigned to supervise a 38-year-old who is nearly twice her age. The age and status inversion is the real hook here, and the sample lines (“Haa? Only that much?”) suggest a tone of contemptuous impatience rather than playful teasing. The release comes in manga format as PNG and PDF files, with an English version.

Readers who prefer their dominance dynamics firmly one-directional, and who enjoy a dystopian class framework as the justification for them, will get the most from it. Those wanting emotional payoff, softening, or a power shift should look elsewhere.

Verdict: a committed, no-escape power harassment fantasy whose caste-system premise gives its cruelty a coherent setting.
