[ENG Sub] A Mysterious Onsen Ryokan that Soothes you with Farts ~From Ear Cleaning to Sleeping Together~

Editorial Review

★3.7 / 5 — henhenta editorial rating (our own assessment, not the DLsite official user score)

This is a niche fetish ASMR work that leans heavily into bodily sound content—specifically flatulence and related themes—as the primary vehicle for relaxation and intimacy. Within the increasingly specialized adult voice work landscape, this positions itself distinctly: rather than chasing mainstream comfort-focused ASMR or conventional intimate roleplay, it commits fully to scatological fantasy with an onsen setting as framing device.

The production demonstrates architectural intentionality. The main content (69 minutes) sequences ear cleaning and whispering into progressively intimate scenarios, while bonus tracks (“裏” sections) escalate into explicit material that separates curious listeners from committed devotees. The character Koharu—a shy ryokan attendant with supernatural healing abilities tied to her bodily functions—provides narrative justification for content that would otherwise lack pretense. The English subtitles broaden accessibility beyond the Japanese-speaking core audience for this subgenre, a practical choice that signals confidence in translation quality. Production values appear solid: credited voice talent (彩夢ひな), professional illustration, layered sound design sourced from reputable effect libraries, and script data included for transparency.

This appeals exclusively to listeners with established scatological and bodily sound interests seeking premium production values and extended runtime. The progression from “innocent” ASMR (ear cleaning, massage) to explicit bonus content allows tiered engagement, though the work’s core appeal remains unambiguous.

This is competent execution within an extreme niche—not attempting crossover appeal, deliberately specific in its fantasy construction, and transparent about its content scope. Recommend only if your interests align precisely with the premise.
