Synopsis
Intro
You’re a chef for an earth-born galactic mercenary group… until your comrades betray you. You find yourself on the Galactic Patrol’s Most Wanted list, with no option left but to flee.
As you make your escape, something curious happens. A gigantic monster appears and drives back the Patrol’s forces! Even stranger, the creature then turns into a cute, pink-haired girl and speaks to you. She kept you safe… so you could cook for her!?
Nominating herself as your bodyguard, the mysterious monster takes up residence in your ship. No matter what you do, she won’t reveal anything about her past or true motives. But you’re still stuck with her!
Wander the galaxy in search of ingredients and recipes to satisfy your new freeloader’s boundless appetite. Along the way, she may just recover her true power. And you? Well, with her help, you may just end up getting your revenge…
PochiQ
Age: 198,765
Height: 156cm
BWH: B92/W56/H86
Hobbies: playing catch, eating your food
A cheerful, energetic, and innocent woman.
Doesn’t let rejection get her down.
The only thing bigger than the mystery around her true nature is her endless appetite. She acts as your bodyguard in exchange for your cooking.
Though she possesses great power, for some reason she can only exert herself at full capacity for 3 minutes. She loves the Earth food you make for her. Her real name isn’t clear, so you called her PochiQ as a joke and it ended up sticking.
Loads of different outfits!
Gameplay
Take control of a mercenary / chef and chase after your former comrades in order to clear your name! But you can’t get deliveries on your quest, so you’ll have to scour the different planets you happen across for ingredients and recipes. Sound daunting? Don’t worry — you’ve got a super-strong bodyguard by your side!
She’s the cute, monstrous gal pal you never asked for!
One catch, though. Using her powers makes her hungry, so you’ll have to find, research, and cook up so good ol’ Earth food to keep her happy!
Along he way, you and your new friend will get closer and closer, and gradually you’ll uncover her many, many secrets. And let’s not forget those dastardly former friends of yours, either! Uncover the evidence to prove your innocence, all while evading the Galactic patrol, hostile native lifeforms, and more!
PochiQ gets stronger the more she eats. Will you be able to feed her well enough to transform not just her, but your destiny as well? You’ll just have to play and find out!

Editorial Review
Kaiju Princess 2 positions itself squarely within the comedic romance-adventure subgenre of adult visual novels, merging slice-of-life relationship building with sci-fi exploration. It’s part of a growing trend of works that prioritize character chemistry and absurdist humor over graphic content as the primary appeal, though the R18 tag signals adult situations remain present.
The work’s distinctive hook—a fugitive chef protagonist paired with a kaiju-turned-girl bodyguard whose appetites drive the narrative—inverts typical power dynamics in ways that feel fresh. Rather than the protagonist pursuing conquest, he’s literally fleeing a woman (in monster form) who’s decided he’s essential to her survival. The core gameplay loop of ingredient gathering and cooking as relationship progression is a thematic choice that sets this apart from standard romance VNs; here, feeding her becomes the primary intimacy mechanic. PochiQ’s characterization leans heavily into energetic, innocent chaos—her hobbies listed as “playing catch” and “eating your food” establish her as intentionally childlike despite her adult appearance, a tone that either charms or alienates depending on player taste.
The multilingual support (simplified and traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese) signals this is a production with genuine international scope and likely a decent budget allocated to voice and animation. Those technical elements aren’t window dressing here—they’re fundamental to selling the dynamic between protagonist and PochiQ.
This will appeal most to players who enjoy genki heroines, light comedy over dramatic tension, and the fantasy of being needed rather than pursued. The revenge subplot threading through the synopsis suggests some plot stakes exist beneath the comedic surface, though the tonal balance clearly favors levity.
A solidly entertaining romp that knows exactly what it is: a cozy space adventure where cooking matters more than combat.
