Selection

Editorial Review

★3.7 / 5 — henhenta editorial rating (our own assessment, not the DLsite official user score)

Size fetish and vore content occupy a dedicated niche within doujinshi, and Selection positions itself squarely within the shrinker subgenre—one of the more visceral and extreme corners of the adult manga landscape. The funhouse setting as a shrinking mechanism is a familiar trope in this space, but the combination of vore, scat elements, and graphic destruction creates an unusually dense package of transgressive content that separates this from milder size-play works.

The distinctive feature here is the specificity of the premise: a funhouse as narrative justification for sequential degradation. Rather than a slow-burn narrative, Selection appears designed as a visual escalation—shrinking, consumption, excretion, and crushing constitute a complete degradation arc compressed into eighteen pages. The inclusion of both textless and texted cover variants suggests deliberate presentation control, while the dual-language release (Japanese with English version added) indicates the creator is targeting the international doujin audience, a growing segment for extreme niche content. The production format—JPEG manga in a DLsite-exclusive model—is standard practice for this category, where discretion and platform flexibility matter. The explicit content warnings (scat, gore, vore, crushing) are comprehensive and honest, which matters in a space where misdescription erodes community trust.

This appeals specifically to collectors of extreme size fetish content who’ve exhausted gentler vore material and seek work that commits fully to the degradation fantasy without narrative padding or tonal shifts. The funhouse framing provides just enough scenario structure to justify the sequence of events.

Selection is a precise execution of a niche extreme fantasy with no pretense toward broader appeal—exactly what its target audience expects from specialized doujinshi work.
