Synopsis
The “Sexual Cooperation Committee” is an organization established to address Japan’s critical population crisis. In the year 2xxx, the nation’s population has plummeted below 1 billion due to accelerating declining birth rates, and a mysterious gender imbalance has left men comprising less than 10% of the population.
As a “Sexual Education Coordinator,” you’ve been tasked with promoting the importance of sexual activity to address this emergency. You’re assigned to Seiran Academy (“Rancou”) in a local town, where students ranging from curious to anxious about sexuality await guidance.
