Synopsis

Manaka is suddenly summoned from modern Japan to another world, where she is welcomed as a “Holy Maiden.”

In this otherworldly realm, humans and demons have long fought for supremacy. According to legend, the “Holy Maiden from another world” can return home after fulfilling her role in this conflict, but at the cost of losing her power.

Confused by her sudden elevation, Manaka meets Kisa Kaito, a blindfolded young man who introduces himself as a servant of the Holy Maiden. He is descended from a cursed bloodline of demons—a family bound by fate to serve humanity. Kisa’s lineage has served the Holy Maiden for generations.

While others treat Kisa as merely a tool, Manaka alone treats him as an equal. His devotion to her deepens, and unspoken affection takes root in his heart.

One day, a high-ranking demon beast from the Demon King’s army suddenly attacks the kingdom. Using her abilities as the Holy Maiden, Manaka saves them all, but the effort costs her power and fulfills her role. She requests the king grant her two wishes: to return home and to free Kisa from his servitude.

Heartbroken at leaving Kisa behind, Manaka departs for her original world. But one night, an unusual Kisa visits her room, revealing the eyes he normally hides.
