Synopsis
Kawana Rinko, a closet pervert office worker, sees a news article about a mysterious disease called “Spontaneous Heat Syndrome” discovered overseas—a condition that causes sudden arousal and spreads it to those nearby.
At work, she’s reminded of her discomfort with Nagase, a handsome but cold-hearted junior colleague in sales who treats only her poorly.
On her commute home, they happen to ride the same train. As they awkwardly chat, Rinko suddenly feels her body heating up with sexual excitement. Could this be that disease from the news this morning?
When a nearby businessman tries to touch her, Nagase rescues her. But then she notices something strange about him too.
“Kawana… could you have caught that weird disease from the news?”
(Oh no… the disease must be affecting Nagase too…!)
Nagase begins touching her intimately on the crowded train. Rinko stays silent to keep him from getting arrested, but his touch grows more intense until she climaxes right there in public.
From that day on, her heat syndrome symptoms emerge everywhere. The only cure is climaxing at a man’s hand. When Nagase volunteers to help, she finds herself being brought to orgasm by him whenever symptoms appear—and she can’t refuse…

Editorial Review
[Riley’s Pick]
This workplace romance takes the classic “cold junior with a hidden obsessive side” archetype and runs with it in deliciously steamy fashion. The premise centers on an intriguing dynamic where a reserved coworker becomes utterly devoted to his senior, creating that tension between professional restraint and passionate surrender that makes office settings so compelling for romantic fantasy.
What makes this work particularly engaging is how it balances the obsessive lover trope with genuine chemistry. The “heat syndrome” framing device gives narrative justification for the escalating intensity between characters, moving beyond simple attraction into something more consuming and inevitable. The willingness to venture into public settings adds an exciting layer of risk and vulnerability to their encounters, heightening the emotional stakes alongside the physical ones.
The multiple orgasms tag suggests the author understands pacing and satisfaction—both narratively and literally—building intensity across scenes rather than treating climactic moments as isolated events. This creates a sense of progression and deepening connection that elevates the work beyond purely mechanical content. For readers who enjoy obsessive lovers with an edge, workplace dynamics that blur professional boundaries, and protagonists who experience overwhelming pleasure, this delivers exactly what the title promises.
If you’re drawn to intense, devoted love interests and don’t mind a little workplace rule-breaking, this is worth exploring on Henhenta.
