MiRuRi – Magic Clothes Adventure

Editorial Review

MiRuRi – Magic Clothes Adventure sits in the lighthearted corner of R18 RPGs, where comedy and collection mechanics take priority over heavy drama or hardcore intensity. That corner is often crowded with grim dungeon crawlers and corruption-focused fare, so a premise this cheerful already stands out.

The setup is disarmingly mundane: Miu, a shy fashion lover living alone in the city, can’t afford the dress she wants, and a magical rabbit named Ruki turns that disappointment into a quest to recover lost pieces of enchanted cloth. Making the “outfit collecting adventure” the central hook gives the RPG framework a clear, character-driven purpose, and it fits a protagonist defined by her love of clothes rather than by combat prowess. The synopsis also promises that Ruki’s origins and “hidden nature” unfold gradually as he spends time with Miu and the forest fairy Rina, which suggests a light mystery thread beneath the gags. The “bit(?) of perverted humour” billing implies self-aware, tongue-in-cheek erotic comedy rather than a relentlessly serious tone. The Music tag points to a deliberate audio identity, and the English tag means a native-language release rather than a fan translation, which is still not a given in this space.

Readers who enjoy cozy, comedic adult games with a dress-up flavor, a trio of distinct companions, and a mild, playful streak of lewdness will find the most here.

Verdict: a charming, humor-first fashion quest that favors personality over punishment, and a pleasant change of pace for anyone tired of grimdark RPG territory.
