Synopsis
Shōto Saionji is the perfect student body president—academically talented, athletically gifted, handsome, and kind-hearted despite his privileged background. Though busy, he finds solace in the school nurse Shion Utsumi, toward whom he harbors secret feelings.
One afternoon, Shōto witnesses Utsumi having sex with a delinquent student in the infirmary.

From that day forward, Shōto becomes consumed by jealous lust. Through twists and turns, this is the story of how the two eventually end up together.
