Synopsis
This is a side-view fighting game created with Action Game Maker MV. You are the only male fighter invited to compete against an all-female wrestling club from a Tokyo girls’ school. The catch: groin attacks are allowed—and permitted only against you. When hit, your character can only hop around helplessly for a time. Face six opponents of varying abilities, from regular club members to rhythmic gymnasts and cheerleaders, culminating in a match against the club president. An unexpected twist forces you into a nude battle mid-tournament. Bonus modes include controlling female fighters, two-player matches, and multiple women versus one man scenarios. The game features real-time voice commentary similar to modern sports games. Note: attacks targeting women are not included. A trial version is available to verify compatibility before purchase.

Editorial Review
Versus-style fighting games are rare in the adult doujin space, which is dominated by side-scrolling brawlers and RPG-driven scenarios, and this one commits to a very narrow fetish premise: a lone male fighter in a women’s pro-wrestling exhibition where groin strikes are legal. It’s a side-view fighter in the arcade tradition, built in Action Game Maker MV, and it plays more like a gimmick-driven sports title than a typical erotic game.
The central hook is the mechanic. A man hit in the groin is reduced to helpless hopping for a few moments, which turns the rule into a tactical liability and a comedic centerpiece. The synopsis also stresses that attacks on women’s groins are deliberately absent, so the game is clear about whom it’s for. Real-time voice commentary, a feature borrowed from modern soccer and wrestling sims, adds broadcast-style energy, and the Voice and Music tags suggest a more polished audio presentation than most hobbyist action projects. The six-opponent roster, from a regular club member to a 180cm fighter, a gymnast, a cheerleader and the club captain, gives the tournament some variety. The bonus modes (playing as the women, two-player matches, and multi-opponent handicap battles) extend replay value well beyond the main run. Five language options (Japanese, English, Korean, and both Chinese scripts) are generous for a niche title.
One practical caveat: RPG Maker-based action games can throw missing-DLL errors on some PCs, so the trial version is worth running first.
This is for players with a specific interest in groin-strike fetish content who also want a functioning fighting game with comic, sports-broadcast flavor, not a visual novel in disguise. For that narrow audience it is a committed, well-featured o
