The Infirmary Where Wishes Come True 2

Editorial Review

The Infirmary Where Wishes Come True 2 positions itself as a straightforward wish-fulfillment fantasy anthology in the illustrated CG space—a format that remains evergreen in the doujin market precisely because it sidesteps narrative constraints and lets artists focus on discrete scenarios. This sequel leans into that accessibility, functioning as a standalone collection despite the series numbering.

The work’s distinctive appeal lies in its structure: a school nurse character who possesses omniscient knowledge becomes the facilitator for four female students’ romantic and sexual resolutions. This setup trades elaborate plot for targeted scenarios, letting each piece operate as an independent fantasy vignette. The fact that this is compiled from higher-resolution versions and previously unpublished variants (posted across social media) suggests the creator prioritizes distribution accessibility—the JPEG format and emphasis on “high-quality versions” indicate deliberate polish for casual browsing. With a base of sixteen illustrations plus differentials, you’re looking at a mid-size collection that prioritizes quality-per-image over sheer volume.

The combination of fantasy-wish fulfillment and institutional setting (the infirmary as neutral, judgment-free space) taps into established doujin appeal without heavy narrative lifting. The four-girl ensemble structure allows tonal variety—different body types, relationship dynamics, and desire profiles can coexist within a single purchase.

This collection will resonate most with readers who prefer illustration-forward works over dialogue-heavy manga, and who appreciate scenario variety without committing to extended storylines. Collectors of school-setting fantasy content who’ve exhausted similar works will find reliable execution here.

A solid mid-tier anthology that understands its format’s strengths: focused illustration work, premise-driven scenario building, and friction-free distribution for discrete fantasy scenarios.
