Synopsis
A sequel to “Single Parent Sugar Dating ~Meeting a Coworker Through an App~” where the protagonist continues a sugar dating arrangement with a junior female coworker who visits to nurse him back to health when he falls ill.
Yoshizawa Haruka, 23, is a big-bottomed single mother who works at the same company. When their sugar dating contract began, she looked at him with contempt, but after their first night together, her attitude began to change.
She still maintains her cold demeanor, but her true self has started showing during intimate moments, and she’s even begun voluntarily providing cleanup services. One day, when he’s down with an unusual bout of flu, Haruka visits his place.
“It seems both children and adults become clingy when sick.”
Overwhelmed by her unexpected motherly tenderness despite being over 10 years his junior, he finds himself helplessly surrendering to her care.
“It’s not sugar dating today anyway, so it’s fine… you can stay as you are.”
Abandoning reason for instinct, he indulges in the body of this young mother. Does this relationship that began as transactional sugar dating have any future?

Editorial Review
This sequel lands squarely in the age-gap sugar-dating subgenre that’s seen steady momentum in adult doujinshi circles—a category that’s evolved beyond transactional framing to explore emotional complexity between mismatched partners. What distinguishes this entry is its commitment to narrative progression: rather than recycling the initial “cold professional softens through sex” beat, it advances Yoshizawa’s character arc into genuine vulnerability, positioning her as a nurturing presence who initiates care outside contractual bounds.
The vulnerability-through-caregiving angle is the work’s strongest thematic pull. The flu-as-catalyst premise gives permission for both parties to drop pretense—him surrendering to her motherly attention despite their age gap, her abandoning the transactional framework that defined their arrangement’s opening. This inversion of the typical domination-submission power dynamics common to the sugar-dating tag creates space for what the synopsis positions as “pure love,” even within an explicitly sexual context. The big-ass and big-breasts tags are present, but they’re paired with fellatio and creampie in service of intimacy rather than pure spectacle, suggesting the artist understands these elements as part of Yoshizawa’s character rather than interchangeable commodities.
For readers already invested in the first installment, this is essential continuation—the sequel actually deepens emotional stakes rather than retreading them. The “clean-up services” detail and her voluntary participation signal a shift from performance to genuine desire, which separates this from straightforward prostitution narratives. That said, the truncated synopsis suggests the work may lean harder into domestic tenderness than explicit content, which could disappoint readers seeking traditional sugar-dating intensity.
Best suited for age-gap enthusiasts who value character development and emotional arc alongside physical content, particularly those fatigued by one-note transactional framing.
A sequel that justifies its existence through genuine narrative deepening rather than repetition.
