Synopsis
Yuki, who had married her mentor and was living happily with him, was having trouble getting along with the delinquent Kenji, her husband’s son from a previous marriage. One day, Kenji gets dumped over the phone by a woman he was dating as a sex friend. After hearing Kenji’s angry voice as he starts lashing out, Yuki, with a gentle smile, tells him that he can talk to her about anything if he ever needs help. In Kenji’s eyes, however, Yuki isn’t the mother figure he is looking for.

Editorial Review
Stepmother-stepson stories are a staple of the adult manga and doujinshi space, usually built on forbidden-household tension and a shifting power balance between the two leads. This English-language release sits squarely in that tradition, offering a full-length 51-page manga rather than the short vignette format that dominates the category.
What gives the premise some texture is how the synopsis frames the relationship before anything escalates. Yuki is a woman who married her former mentor, and her gentle, well-meaning approach to her husband’s son Kenji is established as sincere, if ineffective. Kenji, a delinquent who has just been dumped by a casual partner, hears her offer of support very differently from how she means it. That gap between her maternal kindness and his refusal to see her as a mother figure is the engine of the story, and it promises a dynamic driven by perception and misread intentions rather than pure contrivance. The mentor-turned-husband backstory also adds a slightly more adult, domestic grounding than many entries in this niche.
On the practical side, the release comes in JPEG and PDF formats, which makes it convenient for both phone and desktop reading. Readers should note that the actual pages use black bar censoring, unlike the sample images, which is standard for the market but worth knowing in advance.
This is best suited to readers who enjoy household-taboo setups with a kind, patient heroine and a volatile younger male lead, and who value a bit of character setup before the drama turns.
Verdict: a solid, well-sized entry in the stepmother subgenre, with a premise that rests on a compelling mismatch between kindness and desire.
