(JP+EN) I love big, strong Fleet Girls 2 (Summer2024)

Editorial Review

★3.2 / 5 — henhenta editorial rating (our own assessment, not the DLsite official user score)

Giant-girl fetish doujinshi remain a niche but persistent category within adult manga, and this Summer Comiket entry positions itself squarely in the size-difference fantasy space—specifically the “huge girls dominating smaller men” dynamic that has steadily grown since the late 2010s. The Fleet Girls IP provides familiar character anchors for a community already invested in Naval Musume aesthetics, which lowers the friction for existing fans browsing within their established interests.

The work’s identity hinges on a dual-narrative structure: colossal fleet girls locked in combat, interspersed with intimate scenarios between a diminutive admiral and his comparatively-sized crew. This framework creates inherent contrast—the destruction and physical supremacy of titanic characters offset by vulnerability and scale disparity in the smaller scenes. The sheer roster (twelve named characters spanning destroyer to battleship archetypes) suggests the creator is banking on character-driven repeat purchases rather than deep narrative architecture. Tenryu, Kashima, and Yamato’s inclusion signals awareness of collector preferences within the Fleet Girls community.

The dual-format release (JPEG and PDF) is a production-standard choice that expands accessibility across devices without compromising image fidelity, a practical consideration that speaks to professional distribution habits rather than experimental presentation.

This targets enthusiasts of macro-scale erotica who specifically appreciate Naval Musume character design—people already primed by the IP’s militaria theming and anthropomorphized warship concept. Casual adult manga consumers unfamiliar with Fleet Girls will find the work thematically narrow, though the size-difference premise itself needs no franchise literacy.

A straightforward, competently-executed entry in a well-defined subcategory that delivers expected content to an audience that knows exactly what they’re seeking.
