Synopsis
To produce living onaholes, the technicians must test them day and night…
R.S.I., despite being one of the largest companies in the country, specializes in something crazy – procuring and producing living onaholes.
However, even the most outlandish tasks eventually become mundane, and Hajime Mouri, a hardware engineer, has become bored.
That is, until his business partner, software engineer Haru Kobayakawa, brings in a girl.
Hajime recognized this emotionless woman that he had planned to turn into an onahole as Iroha Kikkawa.
He’d had feelings for her back when he was a student, but nothing ever came of it.
Now, as the two men begin their journey of turning her into an onahole, they also work to restore her personality.

Editorial Review
R.S.I. Tech Test Results Report occupies a distinctly niche corner of the adult manga landscape: the “transformation through use” subgenre, specifically leveraging the onahole premise as both literal plot device and thematic framework. This particular angle—pairing dehumanization mechanics with emotional restoration—remains relatively uncommon in doujinshi production, where most works in this space either commit fully to the fetish or abandon it for conventional romance narratives.
What distinguishes this work is its commitment to a dual-track narrative. The synopsis promises concurrent storylines: the technical “testing” that drives the fetish content, and genuine character restoration that reintroduces Iroha’s personality and agency. This creates an unusual tension—whether the work actually sustains both threads or uses one as window dressing remains crucial to its execution. The involvement of two technicians with differing relationships to the subject (one nostalgic, one clinical) suggests some attention to interpersonal dynamics beyond pure mechanical use.
The greyscale presentation across 29 pages is worth noting. In an oversaturated doujinshi market increasingly dominated by full-color works, greyscale can signify either artistic intentionality or production constraints. Given this is an English-localized Comic Market 104 release, the choice likely reflects deliberate aesthetic direction rather than necessity, which typically indicates more controlled pacing and composition.
This will resonate most strongly with readers who appreciate transformation narratives that acknowledge psychological dimensions alongside physical ones, and who value the conceptual layering of corporate dehumanization versus personal connection. Those seeking pure fetish content without character arc complications should look elsewhere; those seeking straightforward restoration romance might find the onahole framing distracting rather than integrated.
A conceptually ambitious entry that attempts genuine thematic complexity within its constraint—whether that ambition translates to execution is the real question.
