Editorial Review
Absurdist office fantasy sits at the center of this entry, in the “bizarre institution” vein where an ordinary corporate setting is bent around an erotic premise and the protagonist is the only one who finds it strange. It follows the well-worn corporate-orientation template, but commits to the bit more fully than many entries that treat the setting as a thin backdrop.
The setup is its strongest asset. New hire Kisaragi Hinata learns on entrance-ceremony day that the assignment is the “Sexual Processing Section,” with no idea what the job involves. The synopsis keeps the comedy of misunderstanding alive: a senior colleague, Masami, guides Hinata through the office as if nothing is unusual, and Hinata’s inability to process the scene is what drives the story. That bewildered-newcomer perspective gives the reader a point of identification and a steady undercurrent of dark humor, and the “Induction Course” subtitle suggests training-scenario escalation rather than a one-off gag. At 60 pages of main content, with an 11-page trial available, the pacing looks meant to build the situation properly rather than rush it. The package is also practical: JPEG pages, a PDF copy, a high-resolution cover illustration, and an official English release, which still isn’t a given in this space.
Readers who enjoy workplace-absurdity premises, reluctant-initiation setups, and stories where deadpan institutional normalcy contrasts with the protagonist’s confusion will get the most from it. The synopsis gives little about the art beyond the cover illustration, so the trial pages are worth sampling to judge the style.
A sharply framed office-satire concept with a clear hook and a relatable lead; worth the trial pages for anyone drawn to the genre.
