[ENG Sub] After Being Reincarnated I Get Assaulted By My Busty Gravure Idol Sister

Editorial Review

★3.2 / 5 — henhenta editorial rating (our own assessment, not the DLsite official user score)

The isekai incest fantasy joins a crowded niche of contemporary adult voice work that weaponizes transgressive family dynamics and sudden circumstantial consent. This particular entry leans hard into the gravure idol fetish—specifically the voyeuristic appeal of famous media figures rendered accessible through reincarnation’s convenient narrative reset.

What distinguishes this release is its commitment to detailed character specification and the production clarity that KU100 recording promises. The sister character, Mizuse Yui, arrives pre-loaded with exact measurements and a specific appeal vector: the tension between her celebrity status (desirable to high schoolers broadly) and her private indifference toward her brother, which the isekai premise resolves through sustained proximity and visible arousal. The tracklist progression—from manual stimulation through oral and penetrative acts—follows the expected escalation pattern, but includes the relatively uncommon pairing of titplay with creampie finish, suggesting the producer understands niche overlap demographics. Seiyuu Hoshino Ten’s prior roles indicate competence with breathless, high-arousal vocal performance.

The water bathing scenario and forced cohabitation hook are workmanlike rather than inventive, relying on the gravure idol frame itself to carry erotic appeal rather than narrative originality. Buyers seeking vocal authenticity and high-fidelity recording will appreciate the technical investment; those prioritizing character chemistry or plot coherence should look elsewhere.

This appeals primarily to consumers who fantasize about celebrity-adjacent figures and prefer straightforward progression over elaborate foreplay scenarios, particularly those comfortable with incest framing and the isekai convenient-consent setup that justifies it.

A technically competent execution of a familiar fantasy formula, delivering exactly what its tags promise with solid audio production.
