Isekai parody has become one of the most reliable comedy engines in adult doujinshi, and this one-shot takes the reincarnation setup in a futanari direction, with the adventure cut off before it begins. The synopsis’s own gag, “the adventure never started,” tells you where its priorities lie: it is a short, gag-forward comedy that treats the genre’s chosen-hero formula as a springboard rather than a story to be told.

The premise is a neat bit of circular logic. A heroine dies through divine error, meets a goddess who is both incompetent and sexually frustrated, and is handed a “Futanari Cock Sword” as her hero’s weapon. The character notes lean into the comedy: the goddess has plenty of power but no brains to use it, the death is a “self-inflicted rescue” by the deity, and the protagonist’s new anatomy wires her brain directly to her impulses. Rather than playing the transformation as drama, the tags (futanari conversion, instant pregnancy and birth, exaggerated bodily fantasy, pleasure corruption) commit to absurdist excess, and the “Happy End” and “Comedy” labels promise that nobody is meant to take the escalation seriously. Titfuck and anal tags round out a fairly broad menu for 32 pages, which is delivered in grayscale, while the English release in JPEG and PDF formats makes it easy to read across devices.

Readers who like their futanari with a heavy dose of slapstick, and who enjoy seeing a bumbling goddess get taken down a peg, will get the most from it, particularly if they favor fast, consequence-free fantasy over slow-burn plotting.

Verdict: a brisk, tongue-in-cheek isekai send-up that knows exactly how ridiculous it is, and is better for it.
