    Synopsis

An official spin-off doujinshi to the “Oniichan wa Oshimai!” / “Oniichan’s End” series.

Features the crossdressing / otoko-no-ko story of Minato, a boy that appears in the Onimai series.

One day, Minato is made to cross-dress and attend an online game’s offline meetup substituting for his older sister. However… it just so happens that Minato’s friend, Yuuta, is also attending that meetup and…?

With plenty of new characters inside, we think this work can be enjoyed even as a standalone story.

    Editorial Review

★4.1 / 5 — henhenta editorial rating (our own assessment, not the DLsite official user score)

The otoko-no-ko subgenre has matured considerably over the past five years, but official spinoffs remain scarce enough to merit attention—especially when they leverage established fanbases without relying on them. This Onimai derivative positions itself smartly: it’s an expansion of Minato’s arc rather than a retread, grafting the core crossdressing premise onto a fresh scenario (the offline meetup setup) that creates genuine comedic and interpersonal tension.

What distinguishes this from routine character-focused fanwork is the scenario’s mechanical cleverness. Forced crossdressing isn’t new territory in doujinshi, but the substitution angle—standing in for his sister at a gaming event—carries real stakes. The introduction of Yuuta, Minato’s friend, functions as a wild card that threatens both Minato’s disguise and his emotional equilibrium. This triangulation of dramatic irony (Minato hiding his identity, Yuuta’s presence, multiple new characters) suggests the author understands pacing and character interaction beyond simple premise exploitation.

The “plenty of new characters” notation is worth weighing carefully. This could indicate either a richly populated ensemble or scattered focus—the synopsis doesn’t clarify. For readers seeking concentrated character development, that’s a potential liability. For those who appreciate world-building and social dynamics (the actual appeal of most otoko-no-ko works beyond the immediate crossdressing element), it reads as a strength.

Twenty main pages places this comfortably in the substantial doujinshi range, substantial enough to develop its setup without padding. The JPEG and PDF format options accommodate both archive preferences and readability needs.

Readers seeking character-driven comedy with genuine relational stakes rather than static premise delivery will find this rewarding. The Onimai connection functions as thematic continuity rather than narrative requirement, making it accessible to newcomers willing to engage with its specific brand of social embarrassment comedy.
