Bride Hunting: Solo Hide and Seek

Home Girls Comics Bride Hunting: Solo Hide and Seek

    Synopsis

Himari, the protagonist, is coaxed by a friend into playing a solo hide-and-seek ritual game without properly following the rules—just a stupid prank, or so she thought.

But the stuffed doll used in the ritual suddenly comes to life. When discovered by the doll, Himari faces certain death, only to be saved by a mysterious male ghost who suddenly appears.

While the ghost claims he “couldn’t ignore a cute girl in danger,” Himari catches a crucial detail: black blood overflowing from the doll flowing back into the man’s body.

“You saved my life, so it’s only right you repay the favor, don’t you think?”

“—Wrong. You’re the one controlling this doll.”

Her ability to see through his lies makes the man take a liking to her. Even as he violates her in his excitement, Himari refuses to back down. But the more she resists, the more obsessed he becomes.

“Are you doing that on purpose? You know what happens when you provoke me like that…!”

“I’ve decided. You’ll be my bride!”

Stubborn Himari continues to resist, but—

“You really wanted this, didn’t you?”

“Being overpowered, caught when you try to escape, driven to ecstasy…”

“—You wanted to be defeated by a stronger male, didn’t you?”

    Editorial Review

This work sits firmly in the supernatural coercion-fantasy subgenre that has gained steady traction in adult doujin circles—positioning itself alongside other “supernatural captor with obsessive fixation” narratives, but with a twist that elevates it beyond standard possession-revenge fare. The core conceit of a ghost bound to a cursed doll, misidentified as savior before the reveal, adds a layer of narrative misdirection that justifies the protagonist’s initial vulnerability while setting up a dynamic where she retains enough agency to provoke rather than simply endure.

What distinguishes this work is the specific interplay between Himari’s perceptiveness and the male lead’s obsession. She doesn’t remain a passive victim—her ability to see through his deception and her deliberate provocations become the very mechanism that deepens his fixation, creating a feedback loop where her resistance fuels his intensity rather than subduing it. This dynamic, paired with the ghostly supernatural framing, generates psychological texture beyond straightforward domination scenarios. The tags—forced, rough sex, obsessive love, and creampie—arrive as natural extensions of character interaction rather than bolted-on content beats. The use of ritual-gone-wrong as inciting incident avoids the genre’s common pitfall of unmotivated supernatural appearance.

The rough-sex and domination content serves the obsessive-love narrative rather than existing parallel to it, which matters significantly for readers seeking psychological weight alongside explicit material. The doll-as-conduit for supernatural control adds tactile horror dimension often missing from ghost-romance hybrids.

This appeals most to readers who want legitimate narrative architecture supporting their adult content—those invested in obsessive dynamics where the protagonist’s intelligence and defiance matter as much as their vulnerability.

A sharp execution of the supernatural-captor fantasy with enough character specificity to justify repeated reads.
