Synopsis

“Brain Fantasy” – shortened to “Sentiency Online Fantasy,” or simply “Brain Fantasy” – is an MMORPG accessible by wearing a specialized headset.

Sensations during gameplay are fed directly to the brain, allowing players to experience the game world with a realism indistinguishable from actual reality.

Explicit content is permitted. However, an ethics code exists requiring players to explicitly consent to interactions, eliminating any risk of non-consensual assault. (Attempting to force such acts results in immediate permanent ban and potential criminal prosecution.)

Because pregnancy is not a concern, many players engage in the game primarily for sexual encounters. As a result, the game emphasizes social interaction over combat progression.
