A Confined Island Sandbox RPG
A habitual peeping tom and underwear thief flees to an isolated island surrounded by sea to escape the police.
Pretending to be a gynecologist while hidden among the islanders, he targets every woman on the island in this “legal” corruption game.

A small isolated island surrounded by rough seas.
The island thrives from abundant fishing due to strong tidal currents, making it relatively prosperous. However, these same treacherous currents frequently prevent supply ships from docking, making it truly isolated.
A man wanted by police for repeated voyeurism and theft. A man obsessed with women, particularly aroused by corrupting those belonging to others.
He chose this isolated island as his refuge, renting a small cottage.
One day, suspicious islanders ask about his occupation. He lies, claiming to be a gynecologist.
He had studied for medical exams but never became a doctor—a painful past that slipped out when caught off guard.
The islanders initially accepted his explanation but harbored lingering doubt.
Then came the fateful day.
A typhoon ravages the sea, causing catastrophic damage to the harbor. External supply ships cannot dock—the island becomes completely isolated.
A mysterious endemic disease emerges, throwing islanders into panic.
A strange infection affecting young women’s reproductive tracts.
Islanders have no choice but to rely on the only man claiming to be a gynecologist.
Requested to treat infected women and daughters—a perfect opportunity to exploit them under the guise of medical care!
He begins administering fraudulent “medical treatment” as requested!
Wives and daughters are violated by his gaze and hands while their worried husbands watch, all under the pretense of legal medical examination!
