Sorry For Having Such A Powerful Anus!!

Editorial Review

★3.7 / 5 — henhenta editorial rating (our own assessment, not the DLsite official user score)

Anal expansion material remains a niche but persistent category within the adult doujinshi ecosystem, and this full-color entry positions itself as straightforward, unapologetic content for readers specifically seeking that particular fixation. The work makes no pretense of narrative complexity—the teacher-student relationship serves purely as connective tissue between scenes rather than genuine dramatic scaffolding. What distinguishes this release is its committed focus on progressive anatomical play using clinical implements (Cusco’s speculum, medical-grade instrumentation) rather than relying solely on conventional toys, which appeals to practitioners of more elaborate body modification fantasies.

The production value leans into practicality: full-color artwork across 32 main pages suggests reasonable polish and consistency, though the framing narrative—including a dream sequence interlude—indicates the artist understood pacing concerns even within this specific subgenre. The inclusion of both solo preparation scenes and partnered content provides textural variety for the intended audience. Notably, the synopsis itself positions Seia’s initial resistance (“doesn’t understand his fetish”) pivoting toward evident pleasure, which suggests the artist incorporated discovery/normalization framing rather than pure humiliation play—a distinction that matters considerably to this audience demographic.

The technical specificity in the content tags (fistfucking, massive dildo dimensions, Cusco’s speculum by name) indicates this addresses experienced practitioners rather than casual explorers of the category. This isn’t introductory material; it’s speaking directly to readers with established tastes in extreme anal play.

Readers with a specific, developed interest in anal expansion material and medical-adjacent body play will find this competently executed and faithfully committed to its premise. Casual adult manga consumers or those seeking narrative substance should redirect their attention elsewhere.
