■About the Movie Version Development■

Since Emilia’s PLAYROOM was Marmalade★Star’s first real-time interactive work, we initially questioned whether creating a movie version made sense, given that the appeal of the app is the freedom to enjoy it from any perspective in real-time.

However, since the app version is Windows-exclusive, smartphone users cannot enjoy it. Additionally, even PC users with sufficient specs may not experience optimal quality. We felt that releasing a high-quality movie version would be worthwhile.

Furthermore, the freedom to change angles is so extensive that users may feel overwhelmed choosing angles or find it tedious to adjust them constantly. A director’s cut-style movie version with curated angles selected by our circle offers superior usability and practicality. This led us to develop the movie edition!

In creating this version, we examined every possible angle and meticulously crafted shots to maximize arousal and appeal.
