Lunasoft Collection 2015-2023

Editorial Review

★3.5 / 5 — henhenta editorial rating (our own assessment, not the DLsite official user score)

Lunasoft’s 2015-2023 retrospective represents a calculated entry point for players seeking breadth over experimental depth. As a curated collection spanning nearly a decade of the studio’s output, it occupies the safe middle ground of the Japanese adult game market—accessible production values, familiar fantasy frameworks, and thematic consistency without pushing boundaries. This is comfort food for the doujin game audience rather than a provocation.

What distinguishes the bundle is its sheer volume and proven audience appeal. Four titles exceeding 100,000 combined downloads isn’t hype; it’s market validation. The progression from “Dungeons & Heroines” through “Dungeons Legion” suggests iterative refinement—each installment presumably learning from the last. The interspecies tag appears consistently throughout, indicating Lunasoft’s commitment to a specific aesthetic direction: fantasy worlds where human-nonhuman encounters drive both narrative and content. The corruption and pregnancy tags suggest these aren’t purely mechanical sex games but works where character transformation and consequence are woven into progression systems. That combination remains moderately uncommon in the space, where many studios compartmentalize story from explicit content.

The five DLC packs bundled here add replay value and extend engagement, though without knowing their specific nature, we’re operating on assumption that they follow the studio’s established templates.

This collection appeals most to players new to Lunasoft who want comprehensive exposure to their style without individually purchasing each title, or completionists already familiar with individual entries who need the DLC consolidation. Fans seeking novel mechanics, narrative experimentation, or thematic provocation should look elsewhere—Lunasoft’s strength is reliable execution of established fantasy-isekai formulas, not innovation.

A solid, commitment-free sampler that justifies its bundle discount through sheer content volume and track record.
