THE ELF ~Genesis: A story of elves who were betrayed and violated~

Editorial Review

★3.2 / 5 — henhenta editorial rating (our own assessment, not the DLsite official user score)

This is a dark fantasy rape-focused roleplay game that positions itself squarely within the “defeat and violation” subgenre—work that explicitly narrativizes player loss as the content driver. Unlike gentler fantasy RPGs that frame combat as redemptive or strategically engaging, THE ELF commits entirely to a scenario where failure triggers increasingly severe sexual violence, making the mechanical and narrative layers inseparable from its core appeal.

The work distinguishes itself through several deliberate design choices. The framing device—elves mounting a justified holy war against goblin invaders, only to suffer systematic betrayal—inverts typical power fantasy narratives. FLASK’s illustration approach, emphasizing dual emotional states (arousal and distress) across ten character victims, signals that psychological contrast is integral to the experience rather than incidental. The inclusion of specific fetish content like pregnancy imagery and group assault scenes indicates this targets an audience seeking particular intensity markers. The script credit to YASU KUMIKO suggests narrative investment in character development before degradation, distinguishing this from pure scenario-play games.

The incomplete synopsis ending mid-sentence hints at either marketing obfuscation or translation roughness, though the overall presentation prioritizes explicit content description over plot coherence—a transparent signal about priorities.

This appeals specifically to players seeking guilt-free dark fantasy scenarios grounded in role-playing mechanics, where mechanical failure directly produces narrative consequences rather than game-over states. Players seeking narrative complexity or character agency should avoid this entirely.

A technically competent execution of an extreme niche that knows exactly what it is: a defeat-focused RPG where losing is the entire point, and the game design ensures you will lose.
