Synopsis

■Story

As the long period of warfare finally comes to an end and the nation moves toward an era of peace, the land of Totsuka is suddenly devastated by a massive outbreak of supernatural creatures.

Among the skilled exorcists of the Imperial Court’s supernatural investigation bureau, “Onmyo-ryo Choufuku-kata,” stands Mitsuki Amataka—a half-demon exorcist possessed by a fox spirit. Tasked by the Imperial Court, Mitsuki is dispatched to Totsuka to uncover the source of the calamity.

■Game Description

An authentic side-scrolling Japanese sword combat action game.

Control protagonist Mitsuki as you repel the supernatural creatures attacking you and investigate the cause of the disaster that befell Totsuka.

・Human and Fox Spirit: Dual Modes

Mitsuki can transform into a powerful fox spirit form for a limited duration at will. While in fox spirit form, attack power increases significantly, but defense weakens. Transform at critical moments to gain the advantage in battle.

・Parrying and Guard Mechanics

Except for certain attacks, you can defend against enemy attacks. By defending with precise timing, you can parry enemy attacks and reduce their guard value. When guard value reaches zero, enemies become defenseless, allowing you to deal double damage.

・Skill Trees and Skill Acquisition

By collecting items throughout your journey, you unlock and acquire skills. Spend skill points to learn and upgrade skills to your preference, gaining an advantage in combat.

・Bound Attacks

Enemies perform unblockable bound attacks against Mitsuki. When hit, Mitsuki’s clothing tears and she enters a restrained state. Rapidly mash buttons to escape.

・Game Over Animations

When defeated during certain bound attacks or story battles, you’ll see uniquely designed Game Over animations. All animations feature smooth Spine animation.

・Gallery Unlocks

Enemy adult content (bound attacks and Game Over animations) registers in the gallery once you defeat that enemy—no need to deliberately get game overs to unlock gallery content.

・Enemy Control Mode

The gallery includes an enemy control mode where you can operate enemy characters to perform bound attacks. You can add up to 2 AI-controlled enemies as allies.
