Synopsis

One hundred years ago, a devastating war between the Demon King and the Goddess nearly destroyed the world.

Ultimately, the Goddess was defeated and the Hero was sealed away, bringing the war to an end.

No one knows what became of the Goddess after that.

The Demon King also lost vast amounts of magical power in the conflict. Taking advantage of this weakened state, he was betrayed. The traitor divided part of the Demon King’s power among the four Underworld Lords who imprisoned the Heroes, seizing the throne as the new Demon King at the apex of the underworld.

The Demon King’s lost power and the remnants of his body scattered to ruins somewhere in the outside world, waiting for the day of revenge to arrive.
