Girls Beat! Plus 2022 Complete Pack

Editorial Review

★3.2 / 5 — henhenta editorial rating (our own assessment, not the DLsite official user score)

Girls Beat! Plus represents the fighting-game-adjacent competitive doujinshi subgenre that has carved out steady presence on DLsite over the past decade. This particular 2022 compilation aggregates twelve installments from the series’ extended run, positioning itself as a comprehensive entry point for readers seeking episodic, character-focused narrative in a combat-driven framework.

The series’ defining characteristic is its cyclical structure: each volume pairs specific female characters in scenarios where physical confrontation becomes the narrative catalyst for adult content. The repeated lineup—Saki, Ayu, Moe, Yuuka Hiiragi, and others—suggests a serialized approach to character dynamics rather than standalone stories. This creates a rhythm familiar to long-running doujinshi franchises where readers track character relationships and outcomes across installments. The inclusion of both JPEG and PDF formats provides flexibility for different consumption preferences, while the “Recommended Translation” tag indicates professional-grade English localization, distinguishing it from fan-scanned alternatives that dominate the competitive-fighting genre.

What separates Girls Beat! Plus from the sprawling catalog of similar series is primarily its consistency across twelve volumes and the specificity of its character pairings. Rather than randomized matchups, the deliberate rotation through various duos suggests authorial investment in exploring distinct interpersonal dynamics. The 2022 compilation positions the work as complete within its original cycle, offering closure for followers tracking the narrative arc.

This collection appeals directly to readers comfortable with the competitive-battle framing device and seeking sustained character investment across multiple volumes. Those expecting narrative complexity or artistic innovation beyond genre conventions should look elsewhere; those prioritizing episodic content with translational polish and familiar character work will find solid value here.

A reliable completion option for established Girls Beat! Plus followers, though newcomers may want to sample individual titles first.
