Nipple-focused fetish comedy rarely gets this much structural commitment. This side story from the Nipple Detective series works as a gag-driven challenge showcase, closer to an erotic variety show than a continuing narrative. It is explicitly non-canon, with no advancement of the overarching storyline, so it sits in the lighter, episodic end of the adult manga/doujinshi landscape, where setup is minimal and the premise does the heavy lifting.

The athletic-challenge framing is the hook. Each girl attempts an “erotic nipple athletic” course and either fails with a climax or succeeds with great splendor. That pass/fail structure gives every short scene a small arc and a built-in punchline, which keeps a roster-style cast from blurring together. The creator also admits the tradeoff up front: with so many returning characters needing their own moment, scenes are brief, so most of the 37 pages are erotic content with little filler. The cast leans on contrasting body types, with sporty girls and tall, busty ones among them, and the series regulars cameo for fans of the earlier chapters. The content notes are unusually clear.
