Synopsis
Part 7 of the series!!
This time, an exchange student from overseas sneaks in for the kill!
There’s a charm to this little exchange student’s odd, unnatural way of speaking!
The girl who came by looking for your little sister Momo is “Meena Demuro” (VA: Yui Otokura)
But Momo’s still out again for the usual reason…
After letting Meena in to wait, it appears she’s troubled by some worries…
“I can’t seem to make any friends desu…”
After hearing that Momo’s classmates seem to be coming and going from her house a lot recently, Meena decided to investigate to uncover the secret behind this mysterious trend.
But, knowing that the center of this trend among those girls isn’t Momo but yourself, you reluctantly have the truth pulled out of you, afraid that Momo will find out.
“Shaddup! Just do what I say, or I’ll tell Momo!”
Thinking that doing some ear-cleaning will give her a common topic to talk about with potential friends, and being ever the frank and forward girl, Meena suggests you let her clean your ears lest your secret gets out…
Be at the mercy of this bold, affectionate girl’s (extreme?) ear-cleaning and cultural exchange!!

Editorial Review
Part 7 of the “Intimate Ear Cleaning” franchise tilts firmly into niche roleplay territory, deploying the exchange student archetype—complete with broken English affectations—as both comedy relief and seduction vector. In a market increasingly saturated with straightforward girlfriend simulation and clinical ASMR work, this series’ commitment to comedic framing through character incompetence and verbal sparring distinguishes it, though the approach risks landing flat depending on listener tolerance for deliberate linguistic awkwardness.
The core appeal hinges on Meena Demuro’s deliberately stilted English delivery (marked by the repeated “desu” tic and framing as foreign) creating tonal friction against the intimate ear-cleaning premise. This collision of linguistic comedy with sexual coercion through blackmail—the threat to expose your reputation to sister Momo—sits squarely in the “reluctant participant” subgenre. The production leans into verbal teasing and power reversal, positioning the ostensibly vulnerable transfer student as manipulative leverage-wielder. Voice actress Yui Otokura’s execution of non-native speaker mannerisms will either enhance the fantasy or undermine it entirely depending on whether listeners read the characterization as charming naivety or cringe-adjacent caricature.
As Part 7, this assumes familiarity with the series’ established dynamic—your relationship to Momo, the revolving-door of classmates establishing your “mysterious appeal.” New listeners will feel adrift without that context, though the premise is self-contained enough to function standalone.
Listeners craving gentle, immersive ASMR should look elsewhere. Those drawn to comedically-framed coercion scenarios, character-driven banter over pure sensory focus, and the “broken English seductress” angle will find specific appeal here. The fractured English delivery proves either the work’s secret sauce or its fatal flaw, with minimal middle ground.
A niche indulgence for series devotees and foreign-language roleplay enthusiasts; proceed with audio sample verification.
