Synopsis
Combat erotica meets full-fledged exploration action RPG!
A legitimate exploration and action game featuring Himesawa Mina, who debuted in the previous CG collection.
The creator had long awaited the release of an exploration action game with combat erotica elements. After waiting in vain, they decided to make one themselves—this is their earnest exploration game.
As a result, the exploration difficulty is high, and you must think strategically to find breakthroughs yourself.
However, an included strategy guide with easy-to-follow routes and an illustrated manual make it possible to clear even if you only want to see the scenes or focus on the story.
Note: Using the strategy guide will reduce the experience to a mere map tourism task, so keep that in mind.

[STORY]
The Starlight Museum, built near a meteorite impact site in Arizona, and its attached research facility harbored dark rumors.
TriMarch, a pharmaceutical company investing in the museum, had funded multiple criminal organizations years prior. The executives and criminals involved were supposedly all arrested by the Special Undercover Agency (SUA), but a reinvestigation was ordered as a precaution.
About a month into the investigation, Alpha Team—led by Yukinaga and operating undercover as museum staff—reported discovering secret research being conducted somewhere in the facility.
It would take more time to secure evidence.
Another month passed. Then an emergency transmission arrived:
“Biohazard outbreak detected.”

Editorial Review
Parasite Day –LABORATORY– occupies a rare intersection in the adult game space: a genuine action RPG that treats exploration and combat as primary systems rather than window dressing for erotic content. This isn’t a visual novel with gameplay bolted on, nor a bare-bones dungeon crawler with sex scenes as rewards. It’s a deliberate attempt to merge mechanical depth with parasitic insect erotica, a thematic pairing virtually absent from mainstream adult game releases.
The protagonist—returning from a prior CG collection—anchors the female perspective throughout, grounding the parasitic encounter fantasy from her subjective experience rather than an observer’s gaze. The inclusion of tactical combat and nonlinear exploration as core loops, rather than scripted sequences, suggests the developer understood that agency within the scenario amplifies engagement for players invested in both puzzle-solving and erotic content. The military framing and research facility setting provide narrative scaffolding that contextualizes encounters rather than leaving them adrift in abstraction.
What’s most telling is the developer’s candor about difficulty and the provided strategy guide. The acknowledgment that easy navigation reduces the experience to “map tourism” reveals confidence in the exploration design itself—they’re protecting players from undermining their own experience through power-leveling shortcuts. This self-awareness is uncommon.
The performance caveat and CI-en footage availability demonstrates producer maturity; they’re not hiding what you’re getting into technically or mechanically.
Parasite Day targets specifically the subset of players craving tactical engagement within erotic scenarios—those who want to *work* for their content, not passively receive it. If you enjoy RPG problem-solving as much as the erotic payoff, and parasitic insect themes align with your interests, this justifies serious attention. For players seeking streamlined visual novel pacing, the high exploration difficulty is a built-in obstacle, not a feature.
