Synopsis

Eventually, war broke out between them.

The conflict ended in the oni’s defeat.

Then one day, a mysterious illness of unknown origin began spreading among the oni.

Oni afflicted with this disease could no longer bear male offspring.

The boys who were raised grew into adulthood in the oni settlement and began having children with the female oni of the village.

Some among the oni saw this as an opportunity to coexist with humans once again, and so they began a “Festival” for the now-grown boys…
