Ruma, a member of the Demon Flower clan who extracts milk and bodily fluids to maintain youth and beauty, faces off against apprentice shrine maiden Otanashi Miwa in this story.

Otanashi Miwa and her tennis club members arrive at a training camp location, unaware that it is inhabited by Ruma, a youkai from the Demon Flower clan. Using her shrine maiden abilities, Miwa alone resists being turned into a puppet, but after her defeat, she is captured.

Ruma transforms Miwa and her friends into puppets, subjecting them to humiliation and bodily control to extract high-quality milk. Can the apprentice shrine maiden Otanashi Miwa save her companions?
