Synopsis

After a year of driving the school bus, the protagonist Shiba Hime Hajime—assigned by his grandmother Kikuchiyo to work as a caretaker at a rural academy on the remote island of Makishima—has reached his limit. Now managing the girls’ dormitory as well, he spends his days in agony, surrounded by innocent, petite, and adorable students. When a substitute teacher is assigned due to the homeroom teacher’s maternity leave, he’s tasked with providing support. The new teacher is Nono Francisca Fairchild—a tiny genius who skipped grades and became a teacher at the same age as her students.
