[Plot]
Katsuragi Kuon, an apprentice onmyoji, has finally returned to normal life after a fierce battle with a demon cult. Alongside his father Kimihiro, he continues exorcising malevolent spirits while training to control the fox spirit power within him. Recently, his days have been relatively peaceful—until he hears disturbing news. Remnants of a demon cult branch he previously destroyed are rumored to be hiding nearby, planning their resurrection. Unable to ignore this threat, Kuon and his allies begin investigating. During their investigation, they discover the cult members at an ancient shrine deep in the mountains. The remnants appear to be excavating a powerful spirit sword said to be sealed within the shrine grounds. Determined to stop them, Kuon springs into action. However, he grows suspicious of the timing when transfer students Kizuki Rei and Saiki Eimi begin acting strangely. Can Kuon protect the spirit sword from the demon cult, or will he be consumed once more by the abyss of depravity?
