Character sprites and event CGs have been replaced with newly drawn illustrations by original artist Metao Ueda. Map screens and UI have been refined to Full HD resolution. Additionally, the number of H animations has been significantly increased.

You take on the role of perverted physician Ryoji Hirasaka and are given one month to train five victims. Interact with them to trigger events and uncover their private secrets. Once you have their secrets, it’s time for the doctor’s true nature to shine! Use those secrets as leverage to humiliate the unwilling victims and conduct depraved medical experiments.
