Synopsis

Protagonist Kizutama Yamahiko is descended from a clan that possesses ‘Kagekagura,’ a special ability to manipulate sound. However, he clashed with the prideless clan leaders and left home. Yamahiko held a belief that the ideal was to share ultimate pleasure with both men and women equally. Following this conviction, he began using ‘Kagekagura’ to spread pleasure to many people. One day, a man named Onokami Kanemichi scouts him. The organization Onokami belongs to is called the Japan Pervert Association—a secret organization that collects data on perverts nationwide and conducts gambling based on their results. Yamahiko judges that this organization has value for his true goal of popularizing pleasure activities. If he becomes a top-ranked pervert and enlightens others to expand his collaborators, his goal draws closer. With this reasoning, Yamahiko accepts the offer and begins his pervert activities with the JPA. Thus begins the protagonist’s journey to becoming the Perverted King.
