Synopsis

Mokutama Yamahiko leverages his clan’s inherited ability to manipulate sound—a technique called ‘Kagekagura’—to steadily climb the ranks within the JPA (Japan Pervert Association). However, his rising prominence draws the ire of many. Other association members feel their positions threatened, his former manager fears losing control, and even his own sister stands against him.
