Synopsis
Tetsuya (Kataoka Mikoto) is a school refuser who uses a wheelchair. His pleasures are drawing and observing others’ private lives through a telescope. One day, a young woman moves into the apartment across from him. She becomes his perfect peeping target, but she turns out to be Reiko Sudo (Matsui Hayao), the new art teacher at Tetsuya’s school.
