★Story

The protagonist unexpectedly becomes part of a general information broker outfit. On the surface, it’s a Japanese-style bar managed by “Mama” Himomura Masaru, but it’s a place where eccentric characters like informants, detectives, and journalists frequent. By handling information, conducting investigations for clients, and engaging in detective work, they deal in information they’ve independently gathered.

As a rookie, the protagonist learns the trade from Hibino Himari, a peer and educator, while being worked hard by senior operative Todoroki Naomi. Days filled with simple tasks—receiving information in back alleys and abandoned factories, delivering to other offices. Just as they’re growing accustomed to the work, news arrives of a mysterious death involving a secretary at a major corporation…
