Editorial Review
This sequel occupies the well-established niche of fantasy medical scenarios built entirely around deepthroat performance, a subgenre that has maintained steady demand in the doujin AV space despite—or perhaps because of—its narrow, specialized appeal. The “semen collection” framing is purely narrative scaffolding; the work’s actual focus is sustained oral sex content with emphasis on physiological responses: gagging, saliva production, and throat engagement.
What distinguishes this installment is its explicit positioning of five distinct performers and the tag combination of group dynamics paired with irrumatio-focused content. The emphasis on “individual and team blowjob techniques” suggests variety in scene construction—solo performances alongside multi-participant sequences—which provides some structural differentiation within the repetitive core material. The HD designation and apparent production polish (this is a sequel from an established studio) indicates technical competence in framing and cinematography, which matters considerably for this particular content category where visual detail of oral mechanics is central to the appeal.
The “exclusive” tag suggests either performer or content exclusivity, though the synopsis doesn’t clarify which. The repeated mention of throat depth, drool production, and “fellatio geniuses” makes clear this work demands viewers with a specific technical interest in oral sex rather than narrative sophistication or character development.
This lands squarely in the court of experienced consumers of throat-focused adult content who appreciate performer variety and production value. Newcomers to this particular niche should understand they’re purchasing 60-90 minutes of sustained oral sex—the medical university framing exists only as loose thematic window dressing.
For viewers seeking specialized deepthroat content with multiple performers and polished production, this delivers exactly what the premise promises without pretense.
