My Overprotective and Naughty Sisters [DL Ver.]

    Synopsis

The protagonist is the youngest child and only son born into a family of four older sisters. Having finally been blessed with a baby boy, his sisters showered him with affection—and as he grew, their overprotective nature only intensified rather than diminished. His eldest sister works as a school nurse, his second sister as a P.E. teacher, and his third and fourth sisters as upperclassmen. All four attend the same school as him, spending their days together both at home and at school.

One day, the results of the protagonist’s health checkup at school shock the eldest sister: his growth rate falls below the average for his age. An emergency family meeting is called. “Perhaps our brother isn’t growing well because he lacks proper nutrition… But we’re so careful with his meals already…” “A baby needs mother’s milk to grow properly. Shouldn’t we try nursing him?” With no parents to protect him, only his sisters can help—so they resolve to support him however they can.

The sisters obtain a mysterious supplement called “Bonyu de Ma Cool” to produce breast milk. And so begins his new life of being nursed by his sisters…!

    Editorial Review

This is a lactation-focused comedy romance that leverages the overprotective older sister archetype as its central conceit, positioning itself squarely within the niche of family-themed adult games that use pseudo-scientific justifications to drive intimate scenarios. The premise—four sisters across different life stages (school nurse, PE teacher, upperclassmen, and the protagonist’s classmate) converging on a dubious “nutritional solution”—trades heavily on both the comedic absurdity of the setup and the fetish appeal of its core mechanic.

What distinguishes this work is the deliberate scaling of the sister dynamic across institutional contexts. Rather than isolating the protagonist in a single environment, the game embeds him in overlapping spheres where each sister’s professional or academic role creates natural comedic friction and scenario variation. The PE teacher and school nurse sisters bring workplace-specific dynamics, while the upperclassman sisters introduce school-social dimensions that complicate the family dynamic. This layering suggests the developer understands that sustained lactation content benefits from environmental variety to avoid monotony. The presence of a demo signals confidence in hook-based pacing—letting players sample the tone and mechanics before committing.

The large breasts tag, paired explicitly with lactation content, indicates this isn’t attempting subtlety; it’s oriented toward players who prioritize visual-sexual spectacle. The comedy romance classification suggests the writing aims for levity rather than dramatic tension, which aligns with a premise this inherently absurd.

This appeals primarily to players who enjoy family scenarios with escalating absurdity, lactation-specific content, and multi-character routes where the sisters’ professional or social positions create distinct interaction contexts. The demo availability removes purchase friction for curious players.

A confident execution of a specific fantasy that doesn’t apologize for its premise, though its long-term appeal depends entirely on whether the comedy timing and route variation justify repeated playthroughs.
